At Kun The Label, every piece is made for you and we aim to get it to you in perfect condition at the earliest possible time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

As an inaugural gift, we are offering free shipping on all orders.
 • Orders are dispatched within 7–10 days of purchase. Delivery usually takes a few more days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking is shared on dispatch.
 • Custom-size (made-to-measure) orders are dispatched within 10–12 days of us confirming your measurements.
 • In the rare event that your order is cancelled, lost, or undeliverable, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
(Note: COD charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are dispatched within 10–12 days of purchase, then shipped by express international courier. Courier time depends on the destination country. Tracking is shared on dispatch.
  • Custom-size (made-to-measure) orders are dispatched within 10–12 days of us confirming your measurements.
  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
