Return & Exchange Policy

At Kun the Label, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each garment is thoughtfully made with attention to detail.

We do not offer returns.

However, exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

The item received is defective or damaged, or

There is a size-related issue

How to Request an Exchange

 within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your order details.
If the item is defective or damaged, kindly include clear photographs for verification.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

The customer must ship the product back to us for inspection before any exchange is processed

All shipping and logistics costs for the exchange shall be borne by the customer

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Tags and original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product

If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Exchanges are processed within 10–12 days after the product is received by us
